The mission

Pioneering Marketing CONTENT

For the Ginette Open Air event at place Poelaert, PoluxProd collaborated with Flowmotions.xyz to capture stunning video footage. PoluxProd handled the ground camera work, while Flowmotions covered the sky with dynamic FPV drone shots.

The first step was to secure authorization to fly drones at Place Poelaert, located in the heart of Brussels, where strict regulations apply. We chose drones under 250g for this mission, ensuring safe operation over and near people. Prior to the flight, we conducted a thorough risk analysis and scouted the environment to guarantee the highest level of safety throughout the operation.

As Simon transitioned into a business development role, he shifted focus to building relationships and expanding OneBonsai's network. A key part of this role involved attending major events and tradeshows, where he represented OneBonsai and connected with industry leaders. These efforts enhanced visibility, provided market insights, keeping OneBonsai competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.

OUTCOME

Innovating as Product Owner

The synergy between our drone footage and Poluxprod's expertise proved to be a perfect match, resulting in a standout video. Ginette, our end client, was thrilled with the outcome and effectively leveraged the video in their marketing campaigns to promote upcoming events.


This collaboration not only enhanced their promotional efforts but also demonstrated the powerful impact of combining high-quality visuals with expert production. The successful integration of our aerial shots with Poluxprod's creative direction highlights the value of partnerships in producing compelling and engaging content.

In his final role at OneBonsai as Product Owner, Simon led the development of the VR Training product line, working with the team to create immersive training experiences. This role challenged him creatively and enabled the development of innovative solutions for real-world training needs. The success of these products was a testament to the team's hard work and dedication.
