To help promote the new Intersport store in Drogenbos, Flowmotions flew through the store to grab the public’s attention. Since many people didn’t know about the new location, the flythrough definitely helped boost awareness.

Since the goal was to showcase the interior layout and create an immersive experience, we carefully planned the flight path to capture the best angles. We conducted a thorough environment assessment and made sure all safety measures were in place before the flight, guaranteeing smooth and secure operation throughout.

As Simon transitioned into a business development role, he shifted focus to building relationships and expanding OneBonsai's network. A key part of this role involved attending major events and tradeshows, where he represented OneBonsai and connected with industry leaders. These efforts enhanced visibility, provided market insights, keeping OneBonsai competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.

OUTCOME

Innovating as Product Owner

The drone flythrough successfully showcased the new Intersport store, highlighting its spacious layout and product offerings. The video not only attracted significant attention but also effectively raised awareness about the store’s launch. With a reach of over 14,000 views and more than 300 likes, the footage created a small buzz in the local community, driving traffic and encouraging new customers to explore the store.

In his final role at OneBonsai as Product Owner, Simon led the development of the VR Training product line, working with the team to create immersive training experiences. This role challenged him creatively and enabled the development of innovative solutions for real-world training needs. The success of these products was a testament to the team's hard work and dedication.
